Most orders shipped the same day. We normally ship via UPS
or Federal Express. Shipping charges are not included in our pricing.

WARRANTIES
All products sold carry manufacturers full warranties unless
otherwise stated as used or refurbished.
RETURN POLICIES
Because we strive to give our customers the best price on
all goods available, we have a limited return policy. Merchandise must
be returned within 10 days of shipment date and may be subject to a restocking
fee. A return authorization is required on all returns. Returns must be
in original condition with factory packaging, blank warranty cards and
any manuals or accessories and are subject to inspection. Some parts (lamps,
subparts, and special orders) are non-returnable. Freight charges are the
responsibility of the customer.
PRIVACY
Any personal information you provide to us on our website when you register (i.e. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information) is maintained in private files on
our secure Web server and our internal systems. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone. We will not sell,
rent or share your email address with others for them to send you unsolicited email.
SECURITY
The security of your information is very important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to
protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Viscount Video Sales. Once you enter the checkout page your computer will
begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in secure mode by the following:
* The "http" in the web address will be replaced by "https"
* Depending on the browser, you may see either a padlock (Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape Communicator) or a
solid key (Netscape Navigator) in the lower section for the browser window.
Only browsers that use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer technology are able to order through the Westerville Symphony site. If
your browser does not support SSL, you can get an upgrade at Microsoft's or Netscape's home page.
