Any online orders received after 2pm EST will be shipped the next business day. In the event of a backordered item you will receive an email notification. If you are placing an order for an item needed immediately it is recommended that you contact our office to ensure product is in stock & can indeed be shipped to arrive by deadline.
Many of our items are customizable which require 3-5 days to complete. Once completed these items will be shipped via shipping option chosen when the order was placed.
International Customers: We can no longer accept credit card payment for international orders. All international orders must be paid for via bank transfer. Please contact us at 1-513-374-6967 or email info@viscountvideo.com to complete your order. Thank you!
Credit Card Verification
Some orders will be subject to Viscount Video’s credit card verification procedure. This procedure was put in place to protect the card holder from credit card fraud or identity theft. We may ask that you verify that you are in fact the card owner and/or that the order and ship-to information are legitimate. This process should not result in the delay of an order provided your quick response. It may require a phone call to our office or a fax with your signature verifying the order.
We will advise you of this additional step either via phone or e-mail. Please provide both day and evening phone numbers when ordering and keep your information on file up to date.
During the checkout process you will be asked for bill-to information. This bill-to address must match the address where your monthly credit card statement is received. This information must be provided even if your order will ship to a separate address. Without this information the credit card will be denied.
While we regret that this additional step is necessary it has been put in place to protect both the card holder as well as the retailer.
