TM1278 TABLE MOUNT INPUT PLATE

Table Mount Input Plate

The TM1278 products are multimedia input plates designed for mounting against a surface, usually under a table or inside a podium. The front of the TM1278 offers the following pass-through connectors: one 15-pin HD female (with 12 in/30 cm cable in back), one 3.5mm stereo mini jack, one BNC female, two RCA females, one RJ-45 female, one RJ-11 female, and a standard power outlet with a universal IEC-320 type jack on the backside. In many applications the TM1278 may be used together with other ALTINEX solutions. For example, the VA6804SX can be mounted behind the TM1278, with the computer video and audio channels connected.

TNP121 Tabletop Interconnect Box

The Altinex - Tilt 'N Plug Jr.™, model TNP121, is one member of a family of compact interconnect solutions designed for installation into a table in a presentation system. The TNP121 provides access to computer video, audio, network, telephone and AC power connections when they are needed, and stores them under the table when they are not needed.

The input plate on the TNP121 is accessed by pushing down on the top panel. This releases the mechanical latch, allowing the pneumatic gas-powered spring to tilt the input plate into view. Once opened, the input plate remains securely in place. The input plate is hidden by pressing down on the top panel, which closes the lid and re-latches the latch. In its closed position, the top panel lies flush with the table top.

The TNP121 provides a single input plate with Computer Video (15-pin HD), Computer Audio (Stereo Mini), Modem (RJ11), and Network (RJ45) input connections. It also provides an AC Power connection suitable for use throughout the U.S. and Canada.

All signals are passed through the unit with connection to the AV system being made under the table. No signal processing or buffering takes place.

Designed for use with tables ranging from one to three inches thick, the TNP121 uses retaining brackets under the table to secure the unit flush with the surface. The TNP121 comes standard in a matte black color.

The Pop 'N Plug Slim PNP300 offers a thin, elongated design with nicely rounded ends, making it appealing for certain applications. The width is also smaller, allowing it to fit into tight spaces.

Designed for installation into a table in a presentation system, the Pop ’ N Plug Slim Tabletop Interconnect Box provides access to multimedia input connections when needed and hides them when not needed.

Using a tower type construction with pneumatic suspension and a mechanical latching mechanism, the Pop ’ N Plug Slim can either pop up into a raised position to provide access to input plates, or it can be lowered flush into the table when not in use. The tower is opened and closed by pressing down on the top panel. Unlike the PNP202, the PNP300 does not require the use of electromagnets to hold the center tower in a lowered position.

The Pop ’ N Plug Slim provides a single input plate that offers Computer Video (15-pin HD), COM Port/RS-232 (9-pin D), Video (RCA), Audio (2-RCAs), Computer Audio (Stereo Mini), Modem (RJ11), and Network (RJ45) input connections. The plate also offers a standard AC power outlet. All signals are passed through the unit with connection to the AV system being made under the table.
